Defiant, little rule follower. Recovering people pleaser. Highly attuned, occasionally oblivious, and eternally optimistic. Relentlessly curious about people, relationships, and humaning.

I love stories, from the written word in fiction to personal essays, to the spoken word with subtle shifts in tone when reliving the past. I've seen how the stories carried can thrust some forward or keep others treading water.

In 2021, my world was upended, and somehow uprighted. Since then, I've been recreating my world, using the tools I’ve gathered along the way. Now, I’m sharing what've I've learned.

I'm not a teacher, therapist, or coach. I walk alongside you. Sometimes, I see the path of least resistance, only because you shined a light on it, even for a moment. My role is to help you turn that light gently toward what’s always been there, waiting for your attention.
